While the modular home can be constructed in a variety of ways, it can be double the size of a regular home. This means that the owner can have two separate bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a home office. The owners can choose from a variety of floor plans and the design of the home can be customized. Some variations have larger dwelling and bedroom allowances, while others will include more accommodation within the same envelope – the choice is yours. You can even add a Mezzanine level, as an additional bedroom for the kids, study or utility space.
